Sierra Valley Neighborhood
Grace Gardens at Derby Hill

Grace Gardens at Derby Hill is an affordable housing land development partnership to create 167 affordable housing units in southwest Loveland. The project will create 120 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit rentals serving 30-60% AMI for Loveland Housing Authority and 47 single family lots for homeownership through Loveland Habitat for Humanity serving 35-69% AMI.
In 2017, Grace Community Church decided to donate their land to affordable housing. In July 2021, the land development phase begun with a ceremonial groundbreaking.

A Community Commitment To Affordable Housing
Grace Gardens at Derby Hill would not be possible without the generous support of Grace Community Church and Calvary Derby Hill Baptist Church. Their faith and commitment to serving the community was the catalyst for this project.
